Our endorsement centers bold leaders for reproductive and economic justice

TEXAS — Avow Texas today announces the endorsement of four additional candidates to join Avow’s Endorsement Slate for the upcoming November 2026 Midterm Election.
Avow’s endorsement goes to candidates who are committed to reproductive justice-centered governance, to overturning Texas’ abortion bans, and to winning economic relief for Texans who are struggling to feed, house, and provide healthcare for their families.

“Avow trusts our slate of endorsed candidates to transform and rebuild systems so that Texans can exercise our right to have children when and if we choose, and so that we can live our lives with access to the resources we need and deserve to thrive.”
“We cannot accept leadership from any politician who does not care that Texans are dying under the state’s abortion bans, our communities are being terrorized and murdered by ICE, our families can’t access healthcare, and many of us can’t afford to feed and house our families.
“Texas didn’t become one of the most dangerous states in the country to be pregnant in by accident. Those in the seat of power, like Governor Greg Abbott, are directly to blame for the preventable deaths and outcomes caused by Texas’ abortion bans.
“We’re endorsing Gina Hinojosa for Texas Governor, Vikki Goodwin for Lieutenant Governor, James Talarico for US Senate, and reproductive justice champions for Texas House because Texans need real leadership, not anti-abortion extremists who can be bought and sold to the highest bidder.”
