Abortion is banned in Texas. But there’s something you can do about it.

Extreme politicians have been trying to outlaw abortion in Texas for decades. Last year, they passed the abortion bounty law, which banned abortion at around 6 weeks, before many people even know they’re pregnant. Now, the out-of-touch Supreme Court has overturned Roe’s constitutional protections and the Texas trigger ban made providing an abortion a felony, with no exceptions for rape or incest.

Abortion is healthcare. The majority of Texans support access to abortion. Texans deserve better than this.

Talk About Abortion

Did you know the biggest way to make a difference for abortion is to just talk about it? Tell your friends and family why you’re voting for abortion access, and ask them to register and vote.

Demand Local Action

District Attorneys have significant discretion to decide what cases to prioritize and pursue. No DA should waste resources pursuing people for providing healthcare or because of their pregnancy. In fact, 5 Texas DAs have already promised not to prosecute abortion-related crimes.

Demand your DA take the pledge — abortion is healthcare, not a crime!
